Find your perfect broadband solution

With a range of different connectivity solutions out there, it can be hard to know which one is right for your parish, school or other organisation. Here, we take a look at some of the options to help you decide which is the perfect choice for you.

ADSL

ADSL is perfect for small organisations who don’t need a particularly fast internet connection. If it’ll be used by 1-10 people to access their emails and browse the web, ASDL could be the one for you. The price point reflects its simplicity with cost-effective packages available for those who want a no frills, no spills broadband solution.

Superfast (Fibre to the Cabinet)

Superfast is perfect for small organisations who’ll again have 1-10 users but will want a little more bandwidth and speed than ADSL can offer. Superfast comes in two different speeds: you can either opt for Superfast 38, giving you up to 38 Mbps download speeds or you can choose Superfast 78 which gives you up to 78 Mbps worth of download speeds. Choosing Superfast gives you the capabilities to handle data-hungry applications such as Microsoft 365. It also gives you the ability to expand into the cloud with things such as data storage or hosted voice solutions.

Ultrafast (Fibre to the Premises)

Ultrafast is the best of the best when it comes to broadband solutions. It gives you a hint of what Ethernet could do without the dedicated line or the more expensive price. Ultrafast also comes with two options; either up to 150Mbps download or up to 300Mbps. It’s perfect for most organisations of any size. It will allow you to access data hungry applications such as hosted VoIP and cloud solutions while users happily browse the web, download files and respond to emails. It’s not a budget solution but the quality of Ultrafast is reflected in the price and you’ll certainly get what you’re paying for.
